Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 15, 2026

At uTix.in, we strive to ensure a seamless experience across our API, Software, AI, and Cloud platforms.

Prepaid Services: All API wallet credits and Cloud hosting subscriptions are strictly prepaid. Once an API call is consumed or a cloud instance is provisioned, no refunds will be issued for that usage.

Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved by uTix (e.g., due to a duplicate transaction or verifiable system failure on our end), we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
