uTix.in, developed by uttarottar ("Data Fiduciary," "we," "us"), is committed to protecting your digital personal data in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

• Consent: Free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent obtained before processing.

2. Data Collection and Purpose Limitation

We collect basic contact info, usage data, and necessary operational data for our APIs, AI tools, and Cloud services. Data is processed only for the specified lawful purpose provided at the time of collection. We do not retain data beyond the period necessary to fulfill this purpose.

3. Your Rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Right to Access: Request a summary of the personal data being processed.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Request the correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data when the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: Register a complaint with our Grievance Officer.
• Right to Nominate: Nominate a legal representative to exercise your rights in the event of incapacity.

4. Security Safeguards & Breach Notification

We utilize advanced encryption (AES-256) and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) to protect data stored on our Cloud infrastructure. In the event of a personal data breach, uTix will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals within the statutory timeline.
